Pol Holding is a fast growing investment group with a special focus on Northern Iraq and Turkey. The Group is strategically positioned in N.Iraq for green field investment projects by forming strategic alliances and partnerships. The Group currently has investments in energy and steel industries, has projects in power production and is looking for further investment opportunities in energy, industrial production and services sectors.
We are looking for a “Specialist” with the following qualifications to be employed in business development area.
Job Description:
Follow up the performance of the operational projects
Analyze financials of the companies
Evaluate investment opportunities with a strategic perspective
Prepare financial models, detailed business plans, and perform feasibility studies for business development initiatives
Conduct research, follow global developments, make strategic sector and competitor analysis, and prepare reports
Take part in contract and JV agreement negotiations
Research and propose technical salutations for projects
Assist in project management activities
Required Skills
Candidate Profile:
Strong academic record from a reputable university, preferably with audit background; (MBA or relevant master’s degree is a plus)
Solid analytical skills
Excellent written and spoken English (second foreign language is a plus)
Good team player with strong verbal and written communication skills
High dedication, demonstrated commitment and flexibility
High attention to details, drive for superior results, self-initiating and proactive attitude
Understanding of fundamental techniques for financial analysis (knowledge of financial modeling and valuation techniques are assets)
Proficient use of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
Minımum 3-4 years of work experience (preferably in audit, finance, business development or other relevant positions)
No military obligation for male candidates is a plus
